Worksheet Publishing

There are three options in the worksheet publishing ribbon, which have an option called Quick Print, for faster printing.

Print the worksheet

one of the options to output any document is to print. That is to print the printer machine. The print copy of any document is called hard copy. With different commands, different types of paper, white or black print of different quality is given.

Steps

To open a worksheet, select the portion of it to be printed or blocked.

  1. Print command from Quick Access Toolbar. Or press Ctrl + P from the keyboard, then the Print dialog box appears below.

Printer Selection

If you have multiple printer diver software installed then you have to select which printer to print from this option.

Print Area Settings

Print Area Settings The Print Active select option has to select all pages, or printed pages or selected parts to print.

Page – How many pages to be selected from the options, to select the page should be printed. Orientation – Option to select Portrait or Landscape to print.

Proper size – Select the size paper to print from the selection.

From the print command or keyboard by the Quick Access toolbar, select the required options by pressing Ctrl + P and clicking on the print button will print the worksheet.

Worksheet Prepare Option

Excel 2010 has many advanced options for security in the file, using the document in more flexible ways, using Digital Signature etc. For this, the first file is to be prepared. Select the Prepare from the drop-down menu in the Office Button, then all these options are available.

Properties : If you select the option, then file name, size etc options are available. Apart from this, you can find out about the status of the options like reading Only, Hidden, Ar Chives, System etc.

From Inspect:  Option, if you have been connected to different types of hidden information, such as Endnotes, Footnotes, Header / Footer, then this option will be displayed.

 Encrypt:  This option allows for incremental security by encrypting the file.

Add a Digital Signature: Digital Signature can be attached to this option by hovering the cursed area.

Mark as final:   let the user know it is the final and read-only file.

The Worksheet Publishing Run Compatibility Checker option lets you know which features will not support the previous version.

Publish the worksheet

This option has the option to create a utility on the network.

Excel Options

 At the bottom right of the Office drop-down menu, the Exit button is the name of the Excel button. Clicking on it will bring the Excel Options dialog box. There will be a variety of features. Other options of Save As:
